The Season of Giving Thanks
What does “thankful” mean to you?
As November’s chill fills the air and we turn our thoughts to the holiday season, it’s always good to pause for a moment and say “thanks!” for the many blessings that come our way.
Here at NBCF, we’re thankful for you! So many of you give so generously of your time as volunteers and philanthropically support this important work. We are truly grateful for you for joining in on this journey with us.
We’re grateful to our families – the parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents we get to know day after day. The friends and loved ones who come to Fun Fridays and Family Days and join us for all the programs and activities here at the Learning Center.
And we’re thankful to our Board of Directors who so willingly give of their time and expertise to safeguard NBCF and ensure we are here for the many Nevada kids and families who need us.
The end of the year is a special time and we have a lot of activities, programs, and events over the next few months. We always welcome you to come visit us and tour the center to see the work you encourage.
And as you prepare for the holidays, we hope we can continue to count on your important and generous support. We cannot do it without you and we’re grateful.
